BMKG Forecasts Rain Today for Parts of Jakarta

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) estimates that light rain will blanket parts of Jakarta sky today, Wednesday (12/15).

Rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds will hit East and South Jakarta at noon and in the late afternoon

"Rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds will hit East and South Jakarta at noon and in the late afternoon," stated BMKG's official site.

West, South and East Jakarta are predicted to see light rain at noon; clear cloudy in Central, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

Rain to Fall in Parts of Jakarta This Tuesday, BMKG Says

Entering at night, light rain will fall in West, South and East Jakarta; clear cloudy in Central, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

Then at tomorrow's dawn, most regions will be clear cloudy.

Temperatures in five regions and Thousand Islands are predicted at 23 to 33 degrees Celsius with air humidity of 70 to 95 percent.
